I am a journalist, filmmaker & camera operator with over twenty years' experience in news and current affairs: Panorama, Unreported World, Newsnight, Channel 4 News.

I am passionate about great stories, beautiful pictures & films about people that explore the wider world that we live in.

 

Areas of expertise: investigations, undercover filming, difficult access, interviews, reportage, observation, working with talent, covering sensitive subjects & building trust with contributors. 

I also have extensive experience of working in hostile environments including Isis territory in Iraq & Afghanistan, riots in Turkey, Greece and Brazil & gang territory in Honduras, Brazil, Venezuela and Colombia. I work well under pressure either as part of a team or on my own.
